As a Senior Project Management Consultant with CBRE, you will serve as a trusted advisor to NVIDIA at their Santa Clara, CA campus. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional with a strong background in managing complex projects for leading technology companies. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of all phases of project managementinitiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeoutpaired with a high level of technical proficiency and client service excellence.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who combines traditional construction expertise with a keen awareness of the technology sector's unique demands. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with a commitment to integrity and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage all areas of project management for workspace and technical labs related projects. Project Management includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & achievements, quality control, and risk identification.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
The Sr. Project Manager will lead multi-disciplined commercial real estate construction projects with direct accountability for project delivery.
Facilitate the development of a charter and coordinated timeline.
Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or sophisticated.
Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.

Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

What you'll need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12+ years of proven construction project experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). MS Project, PMWeb, or other project management software experience is vital.
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
Solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
Construction experience with spaces that include hyper-scale data centers, advanced R D labs, and high-tech office spaces, preferred
Expert organizational skills with a sophisticated inquisitive mentality.
