Responsibilities
As a Field Foreman, you are responsible for leading the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.
In addition, you will:
Understand and implement MasTec Communications Groups Health Safety and Environmental Policies (Safety Manual)
Understand and implement Industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI)
Ensure safety requirements at your sites and with your crew
Oversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites
Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew
Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership
Compile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort
Upload closeout documentation to customer interfaces
Coordinate with customer representative for site-related activities and maintain a good working relationship with a customer representative
Provide leadership, and guidance and actively train/promote learning to all crew members
Always maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition
Validate daily timesheets for Management
Conduct other duties as assigned
Qualifications
About You:

You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
You are looking for long-term projects
You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
You have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), technical degree preferred
You have at least 5 years of industry experience
Possess a WSA certification is a plus
Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
You have demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge
You possess job-related certifications-First Aid, Safety, Rescue
You have the ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment
You must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW
You must be able to pick up to 50 lbs., and capable of working up to 12 hours.
You have the ability to identify and distinguish colors
You possess 10+ years of experience.
You have possession of OSHA 10.
You have excavator training.
