Job Summary:

The Dealer Project Manager partners with our Sales Team to plan, coordinate, and oversee dealer-related projects from start to finish. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships while ensuring project milestones are met. The role reports to the Dealer Operations Manager.

You will have the freedom to drive results, the tools to succeed, and the support of a collaborative team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple dealer-related projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with specifications.
  • Schedule and lead contractor meetings; review and approve quotes and invoices.
  • Update project schedules, track change orders, and submit invoices for payment.
  • Prepare and submit closeout documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Legal, Transportation, Fuel Dispatch, Accounting, and Maintenance.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to project sites (24 days per week).

Essential Functions (with or without reasonable accommodation)

  • Ability to travel overnight for multiple consecutive days.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and inspect sites for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions during site visits.
Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Required :

Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent project management experience.

Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and ability to maintain an acceptable driving record.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to read and analyze profit/loss statements and apply actionable improvements.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Preferred :

Experience in construction, dealer operations, or multi-site project management.

Negotiation skills with the ability to achieve win-win outcomes.

Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
