Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure success
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term trust
• For Senior PMs : Provide executive-level leadership, mentor project teams, and oversee large-scale/complex projects

Qualifications:

• Senior PM: 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects , with proven success on complex, high-value builds
• PM: 4–7 years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
