Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing projects from preconstruction through completion (APM)
- Lead and coordinate projects from planning through closeout (PM)
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, precision, and innovation
Qualifications:
- Assistant Project Manager: 2–4 years of experience in commercial construction (project support, coordination, or junior PM role)
- Project Manager: 4–7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
