HVAC service technician

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking HVAC Service Tech for a long-term opportunity in Sarasota, FL.

PAY: $24-$32/hour (Based on experience)

START DATE: 08/25/2025

DURATION: Temp to Perm

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with 45+ years of residential and condo service experience. This position offers excellent growth potential, long-term work, and a company vehicle provided.

Preferred Areas: Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and condo HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation).

Read and interpret control diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, solutions, and recommendations.

Perform work safely and efficiently, including occasional overtime.

Willingness to learn and assist with new construction installs.

Requirements:

EPA Universal Certification.

4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Additional Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must be able to pass a background check

Must have own tools

Must have reliable transportation to and from the job location.

Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Familiar with or experience in service work preferred
