Project Manager Commercial Drywall & Framing

HD Build is a fast-growing subcontractor specializing in drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and wall coverings. Based in Utah, we work on high-profile projects including churches, schools, and large commercial buildings. We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team and manage commercial construction projects under the guidance of our Senior Project Manager.

Manage assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout

Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractors

Track budgets and ensure project profitability

Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, and field crews

Report progress and issues to the Senior Project Manager

Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to HD Build quality standards

3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction with direct

experience in drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, acoustical ceilings, or painting/wall

coverings

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Proficiency with construction software such as Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam, or

PlanGrid

Comfortable with everyday computer programs like Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs,

and Google Sheets

Problem solver with leadership mindset

Spanish language skills are a plus
