Were seeking a Licensed Architect to take responsible charge of impactful projects across Western Tennessee. From K12 schools to municipal buildings and healthcare facilities, youll lead the design and execution of architectural solutions that serve communities and elevate public spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with local municipalities, utilities, and state agencies to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, clients, and representatives to define scope and deliver successful construction outcomes.
  • Integrate architectural designs with other disciplines to resolve technical challenges and align project goals.
  • Assist in establishing project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Attend meetings with owners, clients, and design teams to discuss progress, requirements, and design intent.
  • Conduct architectural studies and design analyses to enhance project performance and innovation.
  • Produce written specifications for equipment, materials, and construction methods.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design, codes, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
  • B.S. in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Licensed Architect in the State of Tennessee
  • Proficiency in REVIT
  • Strong understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $62.50/hr.
