About the Role

We are a growing company seeking an experienced, hands-on technician to take the lead on a wide range of maintenance and repair work. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, year-round) with steady, reliable work and opportunities for professional growth.

What Youll Do
-Take ownership of maintenance and repair projects from start to finish
-Perform work across multiple trades, including light electrical, light plumbing, masonry, general repairs, and other site work
-Solve problems on the spot, make decisions, and deliver quality results without constant supervision
-Coordinate with team members and occasionally provide guidance to others when needed

What Were Looking For
-A reliable, multi-skilled professional who can work independently
-Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and basic building systems
-Must speak English clearly; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
-Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to tackle varied tasks
-Must be authorized to work in the United States
-Must be able to regularly work in Washington, DC
