Job Description

As a welder, you will be responsible for performing MIG and open table fit-up welds to create cabinets, frames, and other products. This role requires daily reading of blueprints, utilizing quality tools, and working with a variety of materials. The ability to build products and weld according to custom blueprints is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and open table fit-up welds for creating cabinets, frames, and other products.

• Read and interpret blueprints daily to ensure accurate product construction.

• Utilize quality tools effectively in the welding process.

• Work with a variety of materials to build products according to custom blueprints.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in MIG welding.

• 3+ years of experience with open table fit-up.

• 3+ years of experience using quality tools.

• 3+ years of experience in blueprint reading.

• Proficiency in fabrication, TIG welding, and flux core welding is beneficial.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with TIG welding is a plus.

• Experience in fabrication is a plus.

Work Environment

The position operates on the first shift, with a schedule of Monday to Thursday (4 days, 10 hours each). The schedule will rotate with another group working Tuesday to Friday. Enjoy a well-organized facility with advanced equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richfield, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
