Your Day-to-Day

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches from the initial intake process through to successful placement.
• Act as a Trusted Client Partner, proficiently assessing hiring needs, challenges, and desired company culture.
• Utilize Strategic Sourcing techniques with our advanced CRM/ATS system and your personal contacts, including our proprietary communication tools.
• Maximize Our Platform to manage candidates, maintain outreach, automate follow-ups, and keep everything organized.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that provide long-lasting value for clients while ensuring substantial commissions for you.
