HVAC Service Technician Job Description Join our team as an HVAC Service Technician, where you will diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in residential settings. Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups, install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components, and ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations. Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician. Expertise in diagnosing and fixing HVAC system issues in residential settings. Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation. Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers. EPA and CFC certification. A valid driver's license with a clean record. Additional Skills & Qualifications Customer service skills. Mechanical and repair skills. Must be at least 21 years old due to company policy. Why Work Here? Work Environment The position involves service work around the DMV area with a very flexible schedule. Service calls are handled seven days a week, allowing you to customize your own schedule, including weekend and emergency calls, based on your availability. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Manassas, Virginia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $93000.00/yr.
