Construction Laborer

We are hiring a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our underground utility team. This is a hands-on role supporting conduit and infrastructure installation projects. Ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, works well in a team, and wants to grow in the construction field.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with underground conduit installation, trenching, and site preparation

- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment

- Operate small tools and assist with basic machinery under supervision

- Maintain clean and safe job sites at all times

- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE

- Support crew leads and equipment operators with day-to-day site tasks

- Perform general labor duties such as digging, backfilling, grading, and laying pipe

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in prior construction work

- Able to work in outdoor environments and physically demanding conditions

- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks

- Willingness to learn and take direction on-site

- Valid Driver's License
