Project Designer Employer: Los Angeles, CA, US Location: Wed, Jul 2 '25 Posted on: Full-time Type: MONTALBA ARCHITECTS We are currently seeking an individual with 2-6 years of full-time experience working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles as a Designer - assisting in projects from conceptual design through construction document phases. WHAT IS REQUIRED TO APPLY? Tell us more about you: What qualities do you believe attribute to the success of a project and team? We are looking for someone who: Holds a B.Arch. or M.Arch., followed by 2-6 years experience in an architectural office. Demonstrates a thoughtful design process with an ability to work towards design-forward solutions. Experience crafting high-level organized drawing sets for DD & CD phases, including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems. (commensurate with experience level) Has strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Revit is a plus. Can develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models. Experience with Enscape rendering is a plus. Is skilled in producing renderings for both internal use and client presentations. Has experience organizing thoughtful presentations for concept/schematic design packages. Project Management experience is a plus.
