Project Manager / Architect Employer: New York, NY, US Location: Sat, Aug 23 '25 Posted on: $115,000 - $145,000annually Pay: M. Ziemke Architecture is a young boutique architecture and design studio. Specializing in high-end single family residential architecture and design, our work takes us from NYC to the Hamptons & Connecticut, sometimes abroad. We are currently 8 people, located in Flatiron, where we work in person Monday thru Friday [half-day Fridays year round]. We work primarily in CAD. We are looking for an ambitious project manager with 8-12 years of experience in the high end residential world. We are specifically seeking someone passionate about the field, who understands high end and custom design, can produce both technical and design drawings, is genuinely curious, and understands the need to build a healthy rapport with our collaborators and clients. The firm offers healthcare coverage at 60 days of employment, 401k, ARE exam resources and exam costs covered, and a generous PTO package. Applicants must currently live in NYC, be available to interview in person, and be eligible to work in the US.
