Asphalt Paver/Screed Operator

Seeking an Asphalt Paver/Screed Operator for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Lebanon, TN. This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k! Pay is between $27 - $32 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities: Perform work in accordance with local and commercial specifications. Recruit, train, and retain crew members and ensure they are focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Complete jobs within budget and on time. Coordinate between other crews, subs, and vendors. The time it takes Read blueprints, calculate mix, and implement architectural plans and specifications (application rates, slope, drainage, etc.) Instruct crew members in a professional manner in order to relay expectations and instill motivation. Work alongside crew members and assist in all capacities of applications. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes. Respond to internal and external requests and provide high quality support to customers and colleagues. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every contact. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be able to operate a CAT and/or Weiler Paver. Ability to operate a Roller, and Skid Steer is a plus. 3+ years construction/asphalt experience required. Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Confidentiality and trustworthiness.
