Sr. BIM Operator

Join the team and take part in amazing projects across the region! JOB SUMMARY Develops models, drawings, and visualizations of construction projects, new or existing, using BIM software tools. Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Five years of increasingly responsible experience in electrical design. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interpret design and construction documents. Understanding of electrical systems. Utilize BIM to increase the team's understanding of problems and solutions and assist the construction and field team in solving issues throughout the project. Integrate design markups, schedules, and master details into BIM models. Works alongside Project Managers and other stakeholders to integrate BIM design to meet project standards. BIM coordination and preparation of filed drawings and reports. Ability to use Revit to develop, manage and coordinate BIM models in alignment with project standards. Identifies and resolves design inconsistencies to enhance model quality and project efficiency. Prepares and reviews BIM documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance within standards and regulations. Complies, analyzes, and documents information and data from models to support project planning, budgeting, and procurement. Perform additional duties as assigned. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position). Must have experience with Revit software. Position is located in Las Vegas, NV.
