Commercial Plumber

Plumber, Pay: $22/hr. - $32/hr. Monday - Friday, 5,8s; Will take candidates with construction experience that want to be trained to become commercial plumbers Join our team as a Plumber, working on commercial construction projects such as apartment complexes and commercial buildings. This role involves running water and drain lines, installing gas lines, sanitary drain lines, hot water tanks, roof drains, storm lines, and gas lines to furnaces. The position is full-time, with work hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch and a 15-minute morning break. Responsibilities Run water and drain lines for commercial projects. Install gas lines, sanitary drain lines, and hot water tanks. Set up roof drains, storm lines, and gas lines to furnaces. Work with materials such as PVC, copper, and cast iron. Perform underground work and use Propress and soldering techniques. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience in commercial construction trades such as plumbing, electrician, concrete, HVAC, or facility maintenance. Commitment to pursuing a career in plumbing. Possession of reliable transportation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preference for candidates with commercial plumbing experience. Willingness to train individuals from electrical, HVAC, facility maintenance, or concrete trades who are interested in plumbing. Ability to use tools like tape measures, levels, and wrenches. Work Environment The work environment includes projects typically located within a one-hour radius around Cleveland, focusing on commercial construction. Employees are required to wear steel toe boots and jeans, and personal protective equipment such as safety vests, hard hats, and high visibility gear will be provided.
