Linxon is looking for a Project Controller who can seamlessly bridge engineering, procurement, and construction with sharp analytical skills and collaborative leadership. If you're passionate about driving project success and making a tangible impact in the renewable energy and infrastructure space, could this be your next big move? What will you do? 1. Budget Oversight Build and manage detailed EPC project budgets. Track spending, flag variances, and recommend corrective actions. 2. Cost Control & Forecasting Analyze costs and trends to support decisions and long-term planning. Prepare estimates and implement cost-saving strategies. 3. Schedule Management Develop and maintain project schedules using PIMS. Coordinate milestones, track changes, and forecast timelines with the project team. 4. Resource Planning Optimize use of labor, equipment, and materials. Monitor resource usage and resolve allocation issues. 5. Risk Mitigation Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans. Maintain and update the risk register; communicate key risks to stakeholders. 6. Operational Reporting Deliver clear financial and progress reports with dashboards. Conduct quarterly site visits to report on safety, progress, and inventory. Capture and share lessons learned. 7. Compliance & Inventory Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulations. Conduct audits and manage material/equipment inventory. 8. Contract & Commercial Support Monitor contract compliance and support claims/change orders. Collaborate with legal, procurement, and tendering teams. 9. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with PMs, engineers, finance, and supply chain for smooth execution. Drive communication and contribute to project meetings. Address and resolve design-related issues throughout the project. Who you are? Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Experience: 5+ years in project controls, ideally within construction or EPC environments. Technical Expertise: Skilled in project management and financial analysis tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP). Strong computer literacy. Analytical Strength: Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solid grasp of risk management and construction field operations.
