In this role, you'll visit customers' homes to perform yardage estimates for flooring installations, ensuring accurate measurements for carpet, vinyl, wood, and other flooring options. You'll also provide customers with expert advice and answer any installation-related questions. Starting Pay: $21.50 Per Measure Ready to Join the Team? Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to measure and estimate yardage for flooring installation, ensuring accuracy for carpet, vinyl, wood, and other flooring options. Answer customer questions and provide guidance on installation processes, material choices, and product features for various flooring types. Collaborate with customers to assess their needs and recommend tailored flooring solutions. Maintain accurate records of all estimates, ensuring consistency and clarity in customer documentation and project timelines. Support the installation team by providing clear instructions based on estimates, ensuring timely project execution. Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing and product selection. All other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Must have a reliable personal vehicle for transportation (mileage and on-the-job vehicle usage are compensated) Strong understanding of room layout and blueprint design Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and appointments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills To help keep our associates and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
