Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Estimator position include: 5-10 years of experience estimating commercial electrical projects including tenant improvement, new construction, and service work Proficiency in Accubid estimating software is preferred Ability to interpret blueprints and determine material, labor, and fixture needs for electrical projects Analyze and determine project profitability to assist with sound bidding decisions Evaluate material and labor costs, identify cost-saving solutions, and ensure accuracy in estimates Completion of an electrician training program required; a bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is a plus Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to work both in the office and on job sites (approximately 50/50 split) Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience. 5-10 years of experience estimating commercial electrical projects including tenant improvement, new construction, and service work

Proficiency in Accubid estimating software is preferred
