Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in the feed mill department. This role requires an individual who can work independently on a shift without supervision, executing system resets and performing in-depth troubleshooting and repairs of electrical systems ranging from 24V DC to 480V 3-phase. Responsibilities Execute system resets and perform in-depth troubleshooting and repairs of electrical systems from 24V DC to 480V 3-phase. Work with control components such as starters, overloads, relays, VFDs, motors, and sensors. Conduct PLC troubleshooting, particularly with Allen Bradley PLCs. Read and interpret electrical schematics. Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, pneumatics, pumps, and motors. Strong industrial electrical experience. Electrical troubleshooting and schematic reading. Experience with PLC troubleshooting. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Work Environment This position is based in a poultry processing plant, which entails working in a wet and damp environment with varying temperatures.
