We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. in Guaynabo, PR.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, utility-scale renewable energy projects that power communities and drive sustainability across the island. With full P&L ownership, you'll be responsible for the safe, high-quality, and on-time execution of EPC projects-ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and regulatory standards. This role demands a strategic leader who can navigate technical challenges, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

How will you contribute to the team?
Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards in accordance with local legislation and customer requirements.
Foster a culture of "Work Safe, Safe, Zero Harm" within project teams, aligning with business management systems.
Manage project team members, providing support and guidance to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
Facilitate clear communication channels with customers, fostering positive engagement among stakeholders.
Provide project management direction in the order pursuit process, aiding in the development of capture and execution strategy
Secure necessary resources and utilize formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes effectively.
Manage changes in project scope and associated commercial aspects to optimize contractual position.
Ensure rigorous adherence to all procedures and processes, reing project programs to maintain milestone delivery.
Produce and update internal and contractual reporting in accordance with requirements
Serve as the senior customer interface, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded and managing subcontractor administration, commercial, and program aspects.
Recognize and manage customer requirements to ensure satisfaction at all stages of project delivery.
Manage risks to prevent project delays, cost variances, or reputational damage.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for project enhancement, both with customers and supply chain partners.
Ensure accurate reporting of commercial and financial forecasting, including cash flow forecasting.
Budget responsibility: Responsible for the full P&L of the Project.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree in the field (s) of practice. Graduate degree is desirable. Management coursework and/or MBA is a plus.
This level may be achieved with 8 years' experience in project production and technical professional activities, two of these working as a Sr. Technical Professional.
Professional Engineer preferred if available.
