400 Welder Machine Operator
Welder
Our purpose is to design and deliver innovative solutions to protect the traveling public and road workers by making transportation safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
Job Summary:
This is a full-time position located at our Morgan plant.

Job Duties:
Use of hand tools: grinders, scrapers, tape measures, etc.
Proficient in GMAW and FCAW welding
Able to pass a welding test
Ability to lift to 60lbs
Other job-related functions may be required
Requirements:
High School Diploma or higher
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
2 years of Welding experience
Detail Oriented - isolates problems and determines and implements solutions.
Adaptable/Flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
Autonomous/Independent - good at working with little direction
