Key Responsibilities:

- Support Masonry Operations: Assist skilled masons by handling materials, setting up equipment, and preparing job sites for masonry work.

- Site Preparation and Maintenance: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up temporary structures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to various locations on the job site. Ensure that all materials are handled with care to prevent damage.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while promoting a culture of safety among team members. Identify and report potential safety hazards immediately.

- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and completion.

- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction, seeking guidance from supervisors when necessary.
