Project Architect/Designer Employer: Los Angeles, CA, US Location: Mon, Aug 18 '25 Posted on: Full-time Type: OPEN OFFICE is seeking to hire a Project Architect/Designer who will work as part of a team, leading the production needs and consultant coordination on multiple projects from design through construction administration. We are looking for an applicant that is self-motivated and effective in communicating with project teams and consultants. Applicants must be well organized and able to identify and execute the tasks required to meet projects schedules. We offer a competitive salary and benefits. This is a LA based in-office position and applicants from the area are preferred. OPEN OFFICE is a multifaceted design studio with a focus on the built environment. At our core is a highly experienced and nimble staff that bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each project we tackle. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of project scale and type with a current emphasis on both high end residential and mid-rise affordable housing. Qualifications: Accredited professional or graduate degree in architecture Min 6 years of relevant experience in all levels of design and documentation Revit and Auto Cad knowledge required Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketchup Knowledge of building construction types, systems, assemblies, and detailing Knowledge of local building codes and jurisdictional requirements.
