Provide expertise, guidance, and support in establishing, operationalizing, and sustaining a data governance program that identifies, defines, manages, and publishes data standards and policies. Create metadata repositories, data catalog, data lineage, business glossary, business process maps, training materials, change management documentation, and related data governance procedures using Collibra and other related technologies. Work with business stakeholders to validate, create, and run data quality rules for all governed data elements within their data areas. Participate in the Agile/Scrum practice for project delivery and process improvements. Understand the business and business processes to provide insights into critical data elements, their governance and management, and consistent usage to maximize the trustworthiness in the data for reporting, analytics, risk management, etc. Create and maintain a report catalog for all Power BI reports. Design strategies and lead efforts to comply with all relevant privacy and data protection laws globally (e.g., GDPR and CCPA). Oversee the access and usage of the data set to ensure all regulatory and customer specific agreements are not in violation. Maintain the quality of the data using feedback, concerns, and questions, internally report metrics, evaluate and identify issues, and coordinate and implement corrections regularly. Design and implement data quality measures and implement ongoing processes to track quality across the data touch points. Full-time telecommuting allowed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of experience.
