Lead/Project Manager Alarm Technician

Our client is searching for a Lead Alarm Technician for a temp-to-perm position in Memphis, TN. All candidates must have a varied background supporting burglar, fire, and access controls. Description This position will be responsible for leading a team of 3 technicians on the installation and maintenance of fire, security, and access alarms. They will be answering service calls from their main client in the Memphis area. Candidate is expected to be able to run a service call from start to finish, including diagnosing the problem, finding the solution, fixing, and then closing out with the customer. They will be working alongside other technicians and will be expected to help mentor/train the team. All candidates must submit to a drug and background check.
