Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced Lead Electrician for a multi-family complex project in Millington, TN. The project consists of 3 buildings with 200 apartments, including commercial space on the bottom floors. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise crews, ensure project completion, and support other ongoing projects within the county.

Work Scope Includes:

• Supervising electrical crews on a multi-family complex project (3 buildings / 200 apartments)

• Overseeing commercial electrical work on the bottom floors and apartment units above

• Coordinating and assigning daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics

• Installing conduit, wiring, panels, and fixtures

• Ensuring work meets safety standards and electrical codes

• Assisting with various other electrical projects within the county

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead or Foreman Electrician

• Strong commercial and multi-family electrical experience

• Ability to supervise crews and manage job progress

• Must have own electrical tools

• Full PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• OSHA certification preferred

• Drug test required prior to start
