Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an HVAC Technician Foreman-level candidate for a project in Goose Creek, SC. This role requires a skilled leader who can lay out and direct crews, oversee installations, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Candidates should bring both technical HVAC expertise and proven supervisory experience.

Work Scope Includes:

• Supervising and coordinating HVAC technicians and crews on site

• Laying out and directing daily tasks and work assignments

• Installing and overseeing duct systems (spiral, square, and oval) and related HVAC equipment

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications

• Ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards

• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and site protocols

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician Foreman or Lead Mechanic

• Strong commercial HVAC installation background

• Ability to read blueprints and direct crews

• Must have own tools and full PPE (including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred

• Drug test required prior to start
