- Conduct site meetings with subcontractors and handle applications for payment.
- Utilize Procore for managing project tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Proficiency in using Procore software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Tech-savvy with good communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with team members.
- Knowledge of Procore.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Background in construction management, building science systems, or business is encouraged.
- Experience in affordable housing, market rate, energy star, net zero, and LEED construction forms is desired.
