Idea candidate would have an architect license in the state of New York but not required. Should have extensive experience in high end residential construction. Expert knowledge of Autocad a must. Duty's to include: Construction documents Site meetings Client meetings Building , zoning, health dept permit applications Field surveying of projects in the Hamptons and north fork Candidate could work from home or from office depending on needs of task.
