Senior Electrical Consulting and Design Engineer:This position involves leading and executing projects across diverse sectors, including high-rise, institutional, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, mission-critical, and mixed-use facilitiescovering both new construction and major renovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical system design and analysis, team leadership, and client engagement. Supervise junior engineers and designers, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to code and project requirements.

ResponsibilitiesProject & Team Leadership Lead electrical design projects and oversee the MEP groups electrical deliverables. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and designers; review designs for accuracy, code compliance, and constructibility. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, owners, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Oversee construction administration activities, including site visits and submittal reviews. Participate in client meetings, business development discussions, project pursuits, and proposal development.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution. Minimum of 10 years of electrical engineering experience in an MEP consulting environment. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in NY, CT, or NJ preferred (or active progress toward licensure). LEED AP or other sustainability certifications preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); experience with Revit and electrical modeling tools such as ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower is highly desirable.
