Senior Project Manager / Project Executive / Director of Preconstruction – Multifamily Construction - Idaho (Corporate Office) | Monthly Travel to California

Are you a hands-on construction leader who thrives in a lean, “roll up your sleeves” environment? Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Director of Preconstruction to take the lead on ground-up multifamily projects (50–300 units) while helping drive the growth of their company.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead multifamily projects from concept through completion, including preconstruction planning and project execution .

• Work closely with a small but highly effective senior team—this is a doer’s role , not a paper-pusher.

• Travel monthly to project sites in California to maintain strong client and project oversight.

• Contribute to the profitability and long-term success of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record delivering ground-up multifamily projects (50–300 units) .

• Experience in preconstruction leadership , including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor engagement.

• Background with smaller construction firms —comfortable working without a large support staff.

• Strong tenure and loyalty in your career history.

• Mid-career professional who still loves being in the field and making things happen.

• Willingness to relocate to Idaho (corporate HQ).
