Position: Professional Painter (Full-Time)
Based in Gainesville, FL
Pay: Starting DOE painters, with no ceiling for top performers. Bonuses, raises, and leadership opportunities are earned through results and contribution not just time.

What We Expect from You:
Solid experience in all phases of interior/exterior painting

Clean appearance and respectful attitude

Reliability and punctuality no attendance issues

Ability to follow instructions and company procedures

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Willing to wear Fullcolorpainting uniform and bring your own hand tools

Desire to grow and contribute to a professional team

What We Offer:
Weekly pay (Fridays) with 1-week hold for payroll accuracy

Company shirts provided

Paid travel time and lunch after 3-month training period (contingent on reliable performance and adherence to company standards.)

Overtime pay

One week of paid vacation after 1 year (contingent on reliable performance and adherence to company standards.)
