Job Description As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in understanding project concepts and design parameters, ensuring successful project implementation. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with project teams to identify technical solutions that deliver design intent through meticulous documentation, detailing, and specifications. You will also oversee code compliance and agency reviews while effectively communicating and exchanging information with teams, contractors, and clients. Responsibilities
- Understand project concepts and design parameters, including implementation.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify technical solutions for design intent.
- Ensure code compliance and conduct agency reviews.
- Communicate with and exchange information between teams, contractors, and clients.
- Organize and coordinate document reviews for accuracy and project milestone progress.
- Engage in occasional master planning and coordinate with other master plans.
- Perform occasional project management duties.
- Prepare and coordinate visual representation of projects.
- Mentor and provide oversight to junior staff.
- Engage in client interaction, including presentations and project coordination.
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Professional Architectural registration (in the U.S.) preferred, or in the process of registration.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or BIM.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in integrated teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to handle multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
- Certification preferred.
- Experience in multiple markets such as retail, industrial, healthcare, and commercial.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
