Carpenter helper/ Lead Guy

QBC Renovations is a small, detail-driven interior and exterior remodeling company that takes great pride in the quality of our work. We are currently looking to fill two positions:

1.Laborer / Apprentice Remodeler
Basic knowledge of carpentry and remodeling skills (flooring, tile, general labor).
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
2.Lead Carpenter / Remodeler
Ability to manage a wide range of projects including decks, bathrooms, basements, kitchens, and more.
Must have all tools needed to complete most tasks.

Requirements (for both positions):
Professional, reliable, and respectful demeanor.
Strong communication skills (clear English required).
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Personal hand tools (for Lead position especially).
