Electrical Supervisor

The successful candidate must possess a valid Journeyman's License or master's License.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, assign, and supervise the work of electrical crews engaged in the construction and maintenance of overhead and underground electrical distribution systems; provide technical assistance and training to crews and related work as assigned.
• Supervise electrical crew, delegate work assignments, manage daily paperwork including field tickets, time sheets and Job site Safety Analyses, develop subordinate's skills and plan layouts.
• Must be able to estimate jobs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Responsible for the completion of discipline activities within schedule and budget requirements.
• Supervise the operational and administrative activities of oilfield electrical.
• Duties include multiple job supervision as both Superintendent and Foreman.
• Must be able to plan small to medium sized jobs from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Safety-minded and follow safety regulations.
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass the Company's Drug Screen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A working knowledge of oilfield electrical and oilfield automation
• Experience estimating small to medium sized electrical jobs.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with individual customers.
• Must coordinate craft and safety training.
• Perform personnel activities including hiring and supervision, force reduction,
• promotions, and demotions.
• Knowledge of industry regulatory accident prevention/loss control compliance
• Ability to effectively and regularly converse and comprehend in English.
