Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Communications Execution
- Develop, own, and execute end-to-end marketing project plans aligned with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Translate complex technical input from internal stakeholders into clear, compelling messaging and multi-media deliverables.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content spanning digital, print, video, social media, presentations, and event/tradeshow collateral.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity consistency across all channels and campaigns.
Project Leadership & Management
- Lead planning, resource allocation, and delivery of marketing campaigns and communicationsfrom concept through completion.
- Manage internal resources and external partners/agencies, accountable for scope, budget, and timelines.
- Proactively identify project risks; implement agile solutions to deliver on time and within budget.
- Build and nurture collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and act as the primary marketing point-of-contact on high-impact projects.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Define, measure, and report on KPIs for campaign effectiveness and marketing investment.
- Analyze insights and trends to inform and adjust strategy; present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to drive marketing excellence, efficiency, and output quality.
Required Skills & Experience
- Visual Content Creation: Hands-on experience with photography, videography, editing, and graphic design; strong sense for brand consistency and storytelling.
- Project Execution: Proven track record of delivering marketing projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Expert Communication: Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for broad audiences.
- Technical Savvy: Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Event & Campaign Management: Experience with tradeshows, web development, and digital marketing.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to evaluate and optimize communications programs and shift priorities as needed.
- Leadership: Strong management, collaboration, and influencing skills with cross-functional and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management within a fast-paced, technical, or agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Passion for motorsports, automotive, and defense industries is strongly preferred.
