Job Description A Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing large-scale commercial construction projects, particularly within the healthcare, medical, institutional, or lab sectors. This role involves providing multi-level supervision across field operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing project schedules. The Superintendent plays a crucial role in project administration, ensuring safety compliance and tracking production in alignment with company standards and client expectations. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage complex logistics and mentor field personnel. Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in general contracting, with ground-up commercial experience on projects ranging from $15-35M. Responsibilities
- Oversee field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and manage project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Track production and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to field personnel.
