Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Roofers for projects located in the Hendersonville, TN area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing

• Apply roofing materials using heat welding, cold application, and mechanical fastening techniques

• Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing of roof penetrations, seams, and flashings

• Perform thorough roof inspections and identify issues such as leaks, damage, or material deterioration

• Safely operate roofing tools and equipment such as torches, rollers, cutters, and power tools

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine project scope and specifications
