Construction Project Manager

Commercial General Contractor seeking a skilled and experienced project manager on commercial interior and exterior build projects.

We ask for a person with at least 5+ years commercial experience, able to read, understand and move plan direction forward to Sub Contractors, Vendors and in house labor workmen.

Prefer those with field management experience who can do plan material take offs, seek out sub contractor and vendor bids and keep order to the projects on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Please be aa US citizen, have a drivers license and reliable transportation.

Customer friendly and able to speak, communicate and keep order to the project management daily with all parties.

Able to administrate and keep the master project file in order and properly communicated daily and computer experienced.
