Position Name: Full-Time Operations Foreman

Reports to: Director of Buildings and Grounds

• Schedule:

• Monday - Friday

• 11:00am - 7:30pm

• Salary : $52,000 - $72,000. As determined by the Superintendent, based on work experience and other qualifications.

• Benefits : Medical/Dental Insurance, Paid time off - Per UFRSD B&G Association Contract

Qualifications:

Knowledge of building trades, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC. Ability to perform routine facilities maintenance tasks individually. Knowledge of and the ability to oversee day to day District custodial operations. CEFM or ability to obtain one within 2 years of employment.
