Project Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional Project Architect to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. This role focuses on managing and coordinating small, fast-paced medical clinic and physical therapy clinic projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in architecture, be licensed, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop plan sketches and construction documents (CDs).
  • Coordinate with MEP engineers to ensure seamless integration of all project components.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to meet QA/QC standards and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Submit permit documents and monitor their progress on a weekly basis.
  • Issue bid documents, evaluate bids, and present findings to clients.
  • Perform in-office construction phase services, working closely with contractors and clinic staff through to project completion.
Essential Skills
  • Architecture degree and experience working in an architecture firm.
  • Registered architect with 10-15 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in design review and review of shop drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for production; Revit experience is a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project phases, scheduling, budgeting, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

This is a Permanent position based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
