Salary: $68,775.48 - $87,776.88 Annually Required Education and Experience : Graduation from high school or GED; and Current Oregon State General Supervising Electrician License; and Five (5) years of progressively responsible building and facility operations, maintenance and repair experience. Preferred Qualifications : Ability to effectively use office equipment and computer software, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Building Automation Systems (BAS) Building Operator Certificate Oregon Boiler Operator's Certificate Oregon Journeyman HVAC/R License Forklift Operator's Certificate Available Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Compensation & Information on Benefits This position is part of the Teamsters Parks Maintenance & Facilities employee group.
