In the US, our staff provide services on client sites coast to coast with a focus in the Pharmaceutical / Bio-Tech, Data Center and Themed/Attraction industries.We offer our US staff a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Flexible Spending Account including Dependent Care, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401K, and employer match, Paid Vacation Time, Paid Sick Time, and Paid Holidays.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAct as the client representative to ensure that the MEP Systems are being installed in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other design requirements.Walk down the MEP on a daily basis to verify the installation conforms to the design documents.Monitor RFIs related to the MEP system and ensure they are being answered by the appropriate party in a timely manner.Review submittals for the MEP systems and ensure they are being approved in a timely manner.Review the onsite installation to ensure materials being installed meet the submittals that were approved.Walk down the MEP Systems and verify they are being installed in the correct location as shown on the 3D models.Proactively identify potential clashes in the field and bring them to the attention of the project team.Support the processing of pay applications by verifying that the amount claimed on the pay application agrees to what is actually installed in the field.Identifying defects on installed material and verifying that it has been rectified properly.Taking pictures for reporting purposes.Supporting receive and inspection of equipment and skids.Documenting and reportingIdentify design discrepancies or material defects.Interpreting drawings and specificationsHelp review Electronic Turnover Packages (ETOPs) from the contractors to ensure all the necessary documentation is being turned over to the client.MEP Systems Include:Cooling Tower WaterChilled WaterPotable WaterNon-Potable WaterCity WaterCompressed Air PipingSteam/Condensate PipingFire Hydrant SystemFire Sprinkler SystemCity WaterFloor drain pipingPower distribution cable trays and conduitHVAC ductworkExperience RequirementsFour-year engineering degree.Minimum of 5 years experience of MEP work at a construction site.Experience in reading 3D model software such as Revit or NavisworksAbility to read and understand piping drawings, electrical one-line drawings, and P&IDsMust be able to start work by middle of August 2025Full-Time on-site position.Join our team and contribute to exciting projects worldwide.
