Electrician (Overnight Shift)

Electrician Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in bending conduit, knowledge of 3 phase and single-phase circuitry, low voltage systems, and troubleshooting. You will be working primarily on commercial projects. The current job site location we are hiring for is in Westbury, NY and will be an OVERNIGHT 10pm-6am shift for the first few weeks of work. This will likely shift to a day shift 7AM-3PM. Responsibilities Bend and install conduit for electrical systems. Work with 3 phase and single-phase circuitry. Perform troubleshooting and repair on electrical systems. Work independently while maintaining communication with the team. Organize and maintain electrical tools and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for installation. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical wiring and troubleshooting. Experience in commercial construction projects. Ability to bend conduit and pull wire effectively. Skilled in using hand tools for electrical work. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Work Environment You will be working on a commercial construction site, primarily during the night shift from 10pm to 6am. The role requires adherence to safety protocols in a professional and organized setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westbury, New York. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
