Apprentice Carpenter

Finish Carpenter (Entry Level) Location: SW Metro Sites (Shakopee, Savage, Carver, Victoria) Workplace Type: On-site Start Date: August 31, 2025 Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overview: Join a leading construction company with a strong presence across Minnesota. You'll be part of a skilled trim department, working on new construction projects in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Assist with installation of trim, baseboards, casings, door frames, railings, crown molding, and other finish carpentry tasks. Transport materials and tools to job sites. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Follow safety protocols and company procedures. Participate in a 3-day training program in Montrose, MN. Qualifications: 6+ months of experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, or similar physical work. Comfortable working on hands and knees and lifting up to 75 lbs regularly. Must have a reliable vehicle with sufficient space to transport tools (no small cars or car seats). Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Interest in long-term career growth within the construction industry. Preferred Traits: Entry-level candidates preferred; company seeks to train and develop talent internally.
