Industrial Painter Shift Work 4- 10 hour days/ nights Monday-Thursday , off Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter with experience in sanding, priming, taping, finishing, and spraying. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read both metric and standard tape measures. Responsibilities Perform industrial painting tasks such as sanding, priming, taping, finishing, and spraying. Read and interpret measurements using both metric and standard tape measures. Operate electric hand grinders and overhead cranes. Meet production standards efficiently. Conduct sand and shot blasting operations. Essential Skills Minimum 3-6 months of industrial painting experience or recently completed paint certification course. Ability to read and interpret tape measures. Solid 6 months of recent work history. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in electric hand grinding and overhead crane operating is a plus. No high school diploma or GED required. Why Work Here? Work Environment The position involves working in an industrial environment that may be loud, dusty, and dirty, with exposure to rust, metal particles, and paint chemicals. You will be on your feet 100% of the time on concrete floors and work platforms, and may need to climb step stools. The work environment includes machinists, welders, assemblers, and forklift operators, requiring constant awareness of surroundings. The schedule is from 3:30 pm to 2 am, Monday to Thursday, with overtime on Fridays. Candidates must be flexible to work both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed, with potential overtime extending to 10 or 12-hour days. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shady Grove, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $21.25/hr.
