Your Role Shape and finish sidewalks, steps, ramps, and entryways with precision Pour, level, and smooth concrete like a pro Set rebar and handle hand/power tools with confidence Help prep job sites and pitch in wherever needed Be part of a team that works hard and laughs harder What You Bring 3+ years of concrete finishing experience (5+ is even better) CDL A and heavy equipment skills?
